Anyone working with young people will benefit from our workshops. Whilst our main passion is a young persons educational journey, most of our knowledge base comes from a school setting, however we believe that ANYONE working with young people will benefit from working with us.

We can make them work for most numbers, however the ideal amount would be 12-25 people. This allows for robust discussions and collaborative work.

We love that you are interested in these topics, and as much as we’d love to do it all in one day, we wouldn’t be doing the topics or you and your colleagues justice. We recommend that no more than 3 workshops are delivered in a single day, however if you would us to deliver all of our workshops please get in touch and we can arrange a package to meet your needs.

Most workshops (unless otherwise stated) can be completed in 60 minutes, however we believe in the importance of robust discussions and collaborative learning and recommend allowing longer if your time permits.

We are continually reviewing and creating our content, ensuring our services are relevant and up to date. If you can’t find what you are looking for, get in touch with us and we will tailor something for you.

Firstly, we will meet with Leadership for up to 60 minutes to discuss what Supervision will look like for your organisation, then each supervision session will run for 60 minutes per month, per staff member.

It is important that everyone has the opportunity to be heard. Often, the solution is closer than they think. We will work with both parties to ensure that issues are resolved and a positive plan is created moving forward. This can usually be completed in three sessions, however at times may require more.
