Supervision – One
In this workshop, specifically targeted towards leadership, participants will look at the benefits of supervision, how often supervision should take place and how to create a format that covers everything required. This includes but is not limited to staff members’ position description and AITSL standards (teachers), position description, practice standards and framework (youth workers) and position description, knowledge, practice and engagement (education support). Participants will also look at who does the supervision, who can see the supervision notes and what happens to the information gathered. This workshop runs for 1 hour.
Supervision – Two
If you would like staff to have supervision, but either don’t have time or would prefer an external provider, we can offer this service. Please contact us to discuss your needs and together we will come up with a suitable arrangement.
Compliance
Ensuring you meet compliance requirements can be time consuming and stressful. Our knowledge base includes, NCCD and Census Audit preparation, VCEVM and VPC curriculum quality assurance and Reregistration. Our support with these processes can make the whole experience less arduous.
Culture
Are you able to define your workplace’s culture? Is it what you would like it to be? Do you and your staff have a shared understanding? Does everyone have the same or similar experience as an employee at your workplace? This is an important discussion for the leadership team to have in order to make sure that what you say and think is the same as what is happening. This workshop is facilitated to see what (if anything) needs to be addressed. *Please note this workshop runs for 2 hours with representatives from leadership.
